NAVIGATING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ANGOSTURAS CANYON
The Angosturas Canyon is an impressive natural formation where the Guayabero River narrows between imposing rock walls of the Guyanese shield. This place not only stands out for its geological beauty, but also for the diversity of fauna and flora that surrounds it. This canyon can only be visited during the Dry season (December to March), when the river level allows access and exploration of this fascinating corner of La Macarena.

EXPLORE CAÑO CRISTALES DE COLORES
Caño Cristales, known as the "River of Five Colors", is a natural treasure hidden in the Sierra de La Macarena. During the Color season (June - November), its waters are dyed in vibrant shades of red and green, thanks to the aquatic plant Macarenia clavigera. This unique spectacle, framed by waterfalls, natural pools and ancient rock formations, creates a landscape that looks like something out of a dream. The upper basin of Caño Cristales is known as Caño Cristales de Colores, where the ecosystem is more open, the plants receive more sunlight and therefore its tonality is mainly red.

DISCOVER CAÑO CRISTALES SELVA
Caño Cristales Selva is a sector of Caño Cristales where the exuberance of the forest unfolds in all its beauty. Unlike other stretches of the river, here the shade of the trees creates a cooler and more mysterious environment, where the Macarenia clavigera becomes an intense green carpet. This plant tapestry covers the riverbed, forming a unique spectacle that connects you with the purity of the environment.

TO WALK THROUGH THE LABYRINTHS OF CIUDAD DE PIEDRA
Ciudad de Piedra is a mystical and fascinating landscape in the middle of the Sierra de La Macarena, where gigantic rock formations, sculpted by centuries of erosion, create a natural labyrinth that seems to be taken from another world. This place, full of geological history, transports you to a prehistoric setting, with structures that evoke the image of a city lost in nature.

Caño Cristalitos, on the other hand, is a small representation of Caño Cristales but equally beautiful. Its clear waters and small natural pools surrounded by vegetation make it a perfect place to cool off.
